The machine group is a high-plasticizing, easy operating, long-life and energy-saving cast film machine group which is based on our company accumulated experience of cast film machine manufacture and actual operation of customers and combined foreign advanced technology and with our renovation. The machine group is mainly used in production of single-layer CPP,CPE,PP,PE,VEPA series of cast film.
The adopts advanced intelligent industrial control system combined concealed auto cutter, auto cut off material and manipulator automatic roll change to ensure the operation is safe and easy, winding is more solid and equal. Therefore ,it ensures the quality of the products and increases the production greatly, reduces the production cost to create greater value. The main unit installed a shaking device, it can improve film roll smoothness and appearance quality and so the product more competitive.
Features:
The alloy screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticization to design which combine import static mixer to ensure plasticization is great, color is equal and increase extrusion capacity greatly.
T-die material employs imported top special mould steel. By high precise process and treatment to ensure the long-term use of the T-die and no deformation. Meanwhile insures material extrusion is more smooth and stable.
Inside cool roller adopts two-way circulation design and built-in spiral flow way to ensure roller surface temperature is equal.
Winding Station can move forth and back. Adopts advanced torque motor with four-axis automatic tension control. Both the speed and film width are freely adjustable.
